Hofy users are able to place orders on our platform using credits, which are allocated by organisation managers. Team members can only see the credit cost of items in the catalogue, while managers can see the monetary cost of each item.
How much is a credit worth?
Credits have no specific value on their own but they are proportional across products. The value of an item worth 100 credits is equivalent to two items worth 50 credits.
Increasing a credit allowance
Credit allowances are controlled by an organisation's Hofy managers. Managers can place orders on behalf of a team member regardless of that team member's remaining credits - however this is at your organisation's discretion.
How can I see how many credits I have available?
When you're logged into the platform, you can see how many credits you have available in the top right-hand side of your screen.
To see how many credits you've used so far, go to your profile. This accounts for products you currently hold, as well as any outstanding requests.
